1. Acceptance of Terms
By loading, accessing, or playing Claybound in any modern web browser or mobile client, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Civil Conduct & Fair Play Rules
To maintain a wholesome and equitable environment for all players worldwide, you agree to:

- Cấm gian lận & can thiệp kỹ thuật: Không sử dụng công cụ hack, bot tự động, script sửa đổi bộ nhớ hoặc can thiệp trái phép vào API điểm số để tạo ra thời gian chạy giả mạo.
- Tôn trọng hệ thống máy chủ: Không thực hiện hành vi tấn công từ chối dịch vụ (DDoS), chèn mã độc hại hoặc gây áp lực bất thường lên cơ sở dữ liệu Google Cloud Firestore.

3. Intellectual Property & Community Sharing
All clay visuals, kalimba audio arrangements, soft-body simulation code, and diorama level designs are protected under copyright and intellectual property conventions.
- Capture snapshots and clips of your clay creations and share them on social media.
- Stream and broadcast gameplay footage, speedrun tutorials, and reviews.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
As Claybound is a completely free public web application, the service is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis:
