Claybound practices privacy-by-design and rigorous data minimization. All gameplay functions are accessible immediately without sign-up, email verification, or social media linking.

3. Categories of Data Processed

a. Local Device Storage:

Stores diorama unlock state, sun coins banked, achievements, audio toggles, and skin preferences locally in your browser sandbox.

b. Public Leaderboard Data (Cloud Firestore):

When you voluntarily submit a score: custom player handle, diorama completion time, deaths, and daily streak counts are recorded in Firestore.

c. Feedback and Inquiries:

When you submit messages via our Contact Form, provided name, email address, and feedback message are processed solely to respond to your request.

4. Zero Commercialization Policy

We make the following unequivocal commitments:

  • KHÔNG bán, cho thuê hay trao đổi dữ liệu người chơi với bất kỳ nhà môi giới dữ liệu (data broker) hay công ty quảng cáo nào.
  • KHÔNG tích hợp mã theo dõi hành vi quảng cáo (no behavioral tracking scripts, no third-party ad retargeting pixels).
  • KHÔNG lập hồ sơ người chơi (no profiling or automated decision making) nhằm mục đích thương mại.
